Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd was established on Chaitra 9, 2071 under the Company Act of Nepal 2063. Nepal Rastra Bank, The Central Bank of Nepal issued the license on 9 Mansir 2072 under the Bank and Financial Institutions Act 2073 .It was operating in 16 districts including Rupandehi, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East), Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta West), Kapilvastu, Palpa, Gulmi, Arghakhanchi, Dang, Salyan, Pyuthan, Rolpa, Surkhet, Jajarkot, West Rukum, East Rukum & Syangja with 57 Branches.
On the other side, Aarambha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd was established on 26 chaitra 2070 under Company Act of Nepal 2063. Nepal Rastra Bank has granted the license on 7 shrawan 2072 under The Bank and Financial Institutions Act 2073, It was operating in 15 districts including Tehrathum, Bhojpur, Dhankuta, Okhldhunga, Khotang, Ramechhap, Sindhuli, Dolakha, Sindhupalchok, Kabhrepalanchok, Nuwakot, Dhading, Gorakha, Tanahun, Kaski with 20 branches.
Both of the above institutions have started the joint financial transaction after the successful merger from Ashad 22, 2077 in the name of Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited amended by The Office of the Company Registrar. The registered Central office is located at Banepa Municipality Ward no 10, Kavrepalanchok.
Since the merger, the financial Institution has been providing its services from 77 branches across 31 Districts in 5 Provinces over the nation.
Basically the objective of this organization is to be upgraded as National level microfinance and provide Banking services to the poor and deprived sector families living in rural areas who are economically poor deprived and don’t have access to any banking services .
